The Maison

L'ARTÉRE is an evening wardrobe, built around a small number of shapes that repeat each season: the halter, the mermaid line, the low-back column, the slip.

Pieces are made in satin, lace, crepe and beaded tulle, and finished by hand where a machine would leave a harder edge — the bound hem, the covered zip, the set of a bias seam.

The collection is designed to be worn more than once. A dress that only survives a single photograph is not finished design.
